1. Is good to buy facebook group or page if it has a hug of members or Page likes with followers.
2. It helps alot if it has like millions of members or millions of page likes, within this you can share your article from your blog to this group or page.
3. This group or page can be transfer by make you as an admin of the page and group, after that make sure the seller removed him /her self from being any role, you can even do this by remove the person by you after you become an admin.
4. Make Sure you use an escrow before going in to this, that can make it go successfully.
5. This has been answer within No 4.

Make sure or ask the seller if he/she has not violate any terms and conditions of facebook.
Ask why is him / her decide to sell the group or page.
Let him/her take the screenshot of violation page
But from my own idea is good to grow your group or page by your self related to your niche.

I will rather buy a Facebook group than a page because with a group, when you post a link post,it will redistribute faster and longer than a page.
@koji, I can relate on this one I created a health-related page on Facebook in 2019 I think, though I did not promote it that time but since march this year I started using it up till now whenever I post in there I don't get a reaction talkless of comment, the page follower is close to 300
So I decided to create a Facebook group few months ago, shared some of this post from the above page to the newly created group of 59 members, and this result I was getting is mouth-watering. I was like so all these post are very engaging like this.
I'm already losing interest in the page self.
what i noticed is just all member of the group get notified of any post, comment etc on the group, which is not on a page unless they turn on notification i think
Use escrow when buying though so you won't get scammed.
