He will try and sell a youtube channel to you for N110k and after deal is done, he will go back to hack the account and then block you.

I would advise that when anyone is buying YouTube account he should check the Permission tabs, the permission may have multiple users if the channel is a brand account.
So if seller gives you access to the main gmail, there are still other users or gmail he can use to access the channel.
Checking permission tab help you to remove all users.
The permission tab is mostly not expose so if you are not a pro on YouTube, you won’t know it exists
