This scammer is active on Telegram and Whatsapp. His name is Samson Victor. He scams people and then change name on Telegram. Currently he has change name to buy and sell on Sell anything in 2 min telegram channel. This scammer stopped replying my messages, texts and calls after collecting half payment. Even after i did escrow with him via Koji Aguda. He collected half payment and didn’t complete my work on 3000 YouTube watch hour.
